Immune Ecology and
Conservation Physiology Lab
Our lab studies variations in immune responses and other physiological processess in terms of genetic, molecular, ontogenetic, behavioural and ecological factors in wild vertebrate populations , and strives to determine in which way these responses can be affected by global environmental change.
There are three main lines of research that we pursue:
1) Immune plasticity
2) Microbiome-immune associations and health
3) Cancer in wildlife
4) Antibiotic resistance and ecotoxicology
