We were awarded funding by CONAHCYT to conduct a spatial and trophic analysis of the marine coastal resistome.

Our new field station "Dr. Carlos R. Godínez Reyes" was officially inaugurated at the San Benito Archipelago, and we started a Program for Environmental Awareness and plastic rubbish cleaning that is open to social service providers.


Awarded the 2023 prize for Generational Transmission of Knowledge by the Mexican Marine Mammalogy Society.

Our lab won awarded most of the prizes at the XXXVIII International Meeting for the Study of Marine Mammals organized by the Mexican Society for Marina Mammalogy in Manzanillo, Colima, 2023. Congratulations to all!
